Welcome to SpectraSuit, a platform owned and operated by UBQ Solutions.

By using the platform, creating an account, or subscribing to any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies published on the platform.

SpectraSuit provides tools for creating and managing digital showrooms and virtual try-on experiences for clothing, eyewear, and similar products, as well as product, customer, and order management tools and related services.

  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through their account.
  • Notify the Company immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised use of their account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some platform services may require a paid subscription.

All fees and prices displayed are subject to future changes with notice to the user.

Unless local law provides otherwise, fees paid are non-refundable for periods of the service already used.

5. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content, products, and images they upload to the platform.

By uploading content, users grant SpectraSuit and UBQ Solutions the right to use that content to the extent necessary to operate, deliver, and improve the service.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary legal rights to use or upload any content.

6. Prohibited Uses

The platform may not be used for:

  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Uploading malware or content intended to harm the platform or its users.
  • Attempting unauthorised access to systems or data.
  • Using the service in a way that negatively affects platform performance or security.

7. Customer Data

Subscribers bear full responsibility for data collected from their customers or showroom visitors.

Subscribers undertake to obtain all legally required consents when collecting or using such data.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, including software, designs, logos, trademarks, and company-owned content, belong to UBQ Solutions or its licensors.

No part of the platform may be copied, modified, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide the service at the highest possible level of stability and quality.

However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or free from errors at all times.

The service may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the extent permitted by law, UBQ Solutions and SpectraSuit are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue.

  • Any business or financial decisions made by the user based on use of the platform.
  • Any claims arising from content or data uploaded by the user or their customers.

In all cases, the Company's total liability to the user shall not exceed the value of the subscription paid during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless UBQ Solutions, its employees and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Infringement of third-party rights.
  • Misuse of the platform.
  • Content or data uploaded by the user or their customers.

12. Termination

Users may stop using the service at any time.

The Company may also suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms or for justified security, legal, or operational reasons.

13. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the country where UBQ Solutions is registered and operates, to the extent not inconsistent with mandatory laws applicable to the user.
